Yes — The Gas Station 760 is a licensed adult-use cannabis dispensary at 1005 E Broadway St, Suite A in Needles, California, just off Exit 144 on I-40. We’re the first and only gas station dispensary in the state, open 7 AM–10 PM every day.
Do I need a medical card to shop here?+
No. We’re a recreational (adult-use) dispensary — anyone 21 or older with a valid government ID can shop, including visitors from Arizona, Nevada, or any other state.
Do your prices include tax?+
Yes — every advertised price is out-the-door. The number on the tag is exactly what you pay at the register. No surprise taxes, no gimmicks.
Can Arizona and Nevada visitors shop at your dispensary?+
Absolutely — bring a valid 21+ ID from any state. We’re about 10 minutes from Mohave Valley, 20 from Fort Mohave, 30 from Bullhead City and Laughlin, and an easy I-40 drive from Kingman and Lake Havasu. Just remember California cannabis stays in California.
